Richard Malanchak
Instructor
Richard began his career in restoration 1992 working with a small company in the Pittsburgh Area. He became proficient at structural cleaning and contents restoration and quickly worked his way up to Production Manager for the company. Richard later accepted a position with Insurance Restoration Services managing their contents processing center. In this position Richard supervised all contents operations and was also responsible for the training new and existing crew members.
Richard’s extensive contents division experience made him an ideal candidate for a career in the education and 2003 he became the Process Trainer for Ultrasonics International Corp and Odell Electronics Cleaning Stations. In this position he honed his skills and helped develop many new restoration techniques that are now standard protocol. Richard later joined the Restoration Alliance (RA) where he is now the Senior Contents Restoration Trainer for the RA.
Richard’s is among the most knowledgeable and sought after Contents Restoration Trainer in the industry and brings a refreshing level of enthusiasm to every class he teaches.
