Instructs:

Over 15 years of asbestos and lead combined consultant and instructor experience. Responsibilities included management of project-specific asbestos and lead inspection activities, including scheduling and supervision of all inspection and consulting services. Also responsible for ensuring asbestos and lead services stayed with projected budgets. Ms. Phelps has substantial experience in managing, asbestos and lead testing, and consulting projects throughout the United States. Ms. Phelps' other duties include training of inspectors / consultants and a strong emphasis on client contact and interface with regulatory agencies, along with direction of health and safety programs.

Ms. Phelps brings many years of experience as a consultant and trainer to all of our training programs.
