James Smith has met the standards for teaching both IICRC® and WoolSafe approved courses.

He conducts classes that are energized and include hands-on training. His chemical expertise is well known in the on-location carpet cleaning industry.

James owns a carpet & textile consulting business that offers services as a carpet industry expert. As a carpet inspector, he has been successful in clarifying hundreds of misrepresentations or misdiagnosis problems.

James is an industry expert and court expert witness. He writes reports that will provide documentation and conduct field testing that will minimize the need for litigation or to go to court.
