The key to successful contents restoration is having a plan. A strategic and systematic approach to Packouts and Contents handling will help you extract more profits from your packout efforts!

This unique Workshop has been designed to simulate a realistic packout situation. The Workshop begins with a comprehensive classroom session detailing the systematic contents management and packout protocols to be utilized on site. Attendees will then be transported to the Winners Circle Firehouse which has been extensively staged with a variety of typical residential contents.

Here we will utilize step by step procedures to accommodate photographing, inventory recording, item preparation, packing, wrapping as well as the orderly evacuation of contents and transporting to the processing site. After processing, contents will be returned, unpacked and re-staged to their original positions.

Learn How To:

Utilize the correct documents and forms to create the necessary paper trail that protects the insurer, home owner and yourself.
Properly wrap, box and pack content items for transport and or extended vault storage.
Properly organize and categorize content items to minimize packout times and increase the speed of processing.
Use simple and effective inventory techniques that allow you to properly catalog, manage, track and locate contents items when required.
Utilize systematic management and job processing protocols that will help you maintain job consistently for present and future residential and commercial projects.
