Bio Technician Course ($995)

This is a 3-day course for bio technician training. This course is the ‘Gold Standard’ for training you in crime and trauma scene cleanup. Experience hands-on training at our exclusive "Area 51.5" training house!

In this course you will learn all of the basics, and more, so you can go home and be ready to enter the field.

The course includes:

  • Blood Borne Pathogen Rule
  • Respirator Rule
  • Hazardous Communication Rule
  • Proper care and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Tools of the Bio Technician
  • Working Protocols (Making the decision before it happens)
  • How to clean up blood and other potential infectious materials
  • Containments
  • Chain of Custody & Evidence
  • Cleaning Methods & Deodorization
  • Epidemiology (Disease transference)
  • Safety & Liabilities
  • Other biohazard containment

The hands-on module includes:

  • Suicide cleanup with wall and ceiling sections
  • Dealing with carpet and pad
  • Cleanup procedures for hardwood flooring
  • Processes for concrete flooring and sidewalks
  • Applying Deodorization
  • Cleanup of an automobile
  • Anatomy of a Bio Clean

Lunches and snacks are provided by Winners’ Circle Training Centers.


Optional Business Side Seminar (+$365)

This 5-hour seminar (4th day) is specifically designed for owners, estimators and managers. The seminar covers pricing and technician pay rates along with many other biohazard business related topics.

This seminar ends at 1:00 PM.



The "Plans and Forms CD", in MS Word format, will be available for purchase during registration and during the course, to get you started when you return to work.
